TS Hawkins is part of the The Sea Cadets, a nationwide voluntary youth organisation, open to young people aged 12 to 18 and with Junior Sections open to those of 10 to 12 years of age, run by enthusiastic adult volunteers.
If you're out to enjoy life as much as possible, this is the place for you! Fun, friendship, adventure and learning new skills is what we're about - based on waterborne activities, but with lots of other exciting things to learn and do on land as well. Can you help identify the people on this picture or when was it taken ?
This is one of several pictures that have recently been given to us by Gareth Holbrook which was saved from the fire that destroyed the unit at Mirlees. Looking at the detail in the picture it could have been taken at 2058 hrs in Novenmber 1982. If you have any information about it please get in touch ! (click picture for hi-res version)
