Staff give their time free of charge and make a positive difference to cadets.

Commanding Officer, Lt Cdr (RNR) Jim Garner heads the team of staff and its his job to manage the unit.

The unit has a management committee and a parents and friends association who between them help secure and raise funds for the unit.

We are now RECRUITING in all departments.....

Discipline

The Sea Cadets is a disciplined organisation as as such cadets are expected to behave in a disciplined manner. Ok, so we don't have CPT Wedley but self discipline in as important part of unit life.
